It has been more than a week since college closed. But these past few days weren't those of joy, but rather sadness. My grandfather passed away last week, so these few days leading to today were spent trying to get things done for the funeral. Well, it is over now. At the ripe old age of 96, it has been a good run for him (IMO). People are saying this is a celebration of his life's journey, and I agree. It was quite sad during the burial, but I think everyone will be okay.
This is the first time I'm experiencing a family member passing away, and for a lot of my cousins. So, uh... =x Oh well, there is a time for everything. Let's just enjoy the journey.
